We sell pre-owned Lululemon and other athleisure through live shopping (Whatnot, and TikTok Shop this fall) from our warehouse in Oregon City. We ship 400-600 orders a day and it's growing. We're hiring two people to keep product moving: one focused on shipping, one on processing. Cross-training on both.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Shipping

• Pack sold items from the day's shows: pull, fold, bag, label, box
• Print labels and scan out with

USPS/UPS

• Hit the daily ship-by deadline (orders ship within 1 business day)
• Keep the shipping station stocked and organized Processing
• Open incoming boxes and bales, sort by category and size
• Hang, tag, and rack items so the sellers can pull them fast
• Flag damaged or questionable pieces for review
• Keep counts and help with the monthly inventory tally

WHO DOES WELL HERE

• Fast, careful, and organized. You like a clear pile and an empty bin.
• Comfortable on your feet 4-8 hours, lifting boxes up to 40 lbs
• Reliable. Shows start whether the packing is done or not, so the packing gets done.
• Familiarity with Lululemon (styles, sizing) is a plus, not required
• Prior warehouse, shipping, retail stockroom, or reselling experience is a plus

SCHEDULE

Current openings: weekday and weekend day shifts between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Part-time (3-4 days) or full-time.

PAY & DETAILS

$20-25/hour depending on experience. W-2, paid biweekly through ADP. Small team, direct access to the owner, room to grow into a lead role as we scale.
