Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm This is a temp-to-hire position!

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Shipping Specialist . This position is ideal for someone with shipping experience and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.

Key Responsibilities:

Obtain and process product orders. Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items and staff on hand to manage the shipments. Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers. Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling. Trouble shoots shipping issues and customer complaints (whether in person or over the phone) that arise and work to solve them. Quote and disperse P.O.'s to customers.

Requirements:

Attention to detail and precision. Desire to learn and have pride in their work. Prior shipping experience with a manufacturer . Sit-down forklift experience

$22 per hour
