Job Title:
Warehouse Worker Job Description This role focuses on receiving inventory and packaging delicate parts in a clean, advanced machine shop environment. You will work closely with a small team to support material handling, warehouse pick and pack operations, shipping and receiving, including international shipments, and inventory-related tasks in a state-of-the-art precision manufacturing setting. Responsibilities Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities and part details with strong attention to accuracy. Handle and package delicate parts carefully to prevent damage during storage and shipment. Perform warehouse pick and pack activities, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected and prepared for orders. Execute shipping and receiving functions, including preparing shipments, creating labels, boxing items, and processing incoming materials. Support international shipping processes by following established procedures and documentation requirements. Maintain organized warehouse inventory, including counting, tracking, and updating inventory records as needed. Inspect packaged items for proper labeling, quality, and completeness before shipment. Collaborate with the existing team member to divide and coordinate daily responsibilities efficiently. Follow established machine shop and warehouse procedures and remain open to learning new processes and tasks. Present a professional and polished demeanor that aligns with the advanced facility environment. Essential Skills Strong attention to detail in receiving, packaging, and inventory activities. Hands-on experience working with delicate parts in a warehouse or production environment. Practical packaging and shipping experience, including labeling, boxing, and preparing items for shipment. Experience with shipping and receiving operations in a warehouse setting. Ability to perform material handling and warehouse pick and pack tasks. Capability to learn and follow new processes and procedures in a high-tech or machining environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a machine shop or semiconductor-related warehouse environment. Experience in packaging or warehouse work within a high-tech or precision machining facility. Familiarity with international shipping practices and documentation. Experience with inspection, labeling, and boxing of parts in a production or warehouse setting. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
