Job Summary The Shipping & Receiving Clerk plays a critical role in VersaLogic's operations, ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products in and out of the organization. Tasks include the receipt, inspection, packaging, and dispatch of goods, using both domestic and international shipments, while ensuring compliance with international import / export regulations. Job Duties
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents and documentation for accuracy
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations
  • Keep a safe and organized shipping and receiving area
  • Pick and put away inventory with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through diligent and correct data entry
  • Assist with inventory control processes such as cycle counts Qualifications & Experience
Education:
High school or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years of shipping and receiving experience, with a focus on international shipments
  • Proficiency in shipping software and systems (e.
g., UPS, FedEx, DHL)
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, etc.
)
