Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9-Hour Shifts (Includes 30-minute lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks) Join Our Team! We are seeking dependable, hardworking Record Center Specialists to join our warehouse team. This is a hands-on, physically active position responsible for organizing, storing, retrieving, and processing records and materials in a secure records center. If you enjoy staying active and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Process incoming and outgoing customer orders accurately. Lift, carry, move, and organize boxes, files, books, binders, tapes, and other materials. Load and unload storage boxes onto shelves, pallets, carts, and trucks. Operate handheld scanners and a proprietary inventory tracking system. Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment safely. Read labels and maintain accurate inventory records. Shrink-wrap pallets for shipment. Climb ladders to retrieve and store materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding warehouse position.
Candidates must be able to:
Lift and carry 10-100 lbs. on a regular basis without assistance. Walk, stand, bend, kneel, squat, stoop, crawl, twist, and reach throughout the shift. Push, pull, and maneuver heavy boxes using hand carts and pallet jacks. Work on concrete floors and uneven walking surfaces. Navigate stairs and inclines while transporting materials. Perform repetitive lifting and movement throughout the workday. Qualifications Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems. Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
