Description:
The Warehouse Receiving Clerk is responsible for tracking and processing RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) inbounds and Purchase Orders (POs) with accuracy and efficiency. Individuals will perform standard operating procedures regarding the systematic movement of inventory and asset tracking. The position supports inventory management and ensures the timely and organized flow of equipment as well as in aiding request regarding inventory validation, cycle counts, and other similar tasks. This role operates within a warehouse environment, including variable temperatures and noise levels. Level 1 - Associate, Entry Level Developing their process and product familiarity with EES customers and systems Engaging with fellow team members and performing repetitive processes with a vested interest in their growth Laying foundation for consistent, reliable, and independent output Typically handles routine, supervised tasks with limited decision making
Responsibilities:
Receive and document inbound shipments, including RMAs and POs, ensuring accuracy and completeness Track and maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems Safely operate warehouse equipment to handle, move, and store goods Inspect received goods for compliance with company standards and report discrepancies Organize and label inventory in designated warehouse locations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards Perform additional warehouse-related duties as needed #EES25
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Basic computer proficiency used for inventory and tracking systems Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Able to stand for extended periods of time Able to use warehouse equipment such as manual pallet jack Previous warehouse experience (preferred) Previous forklift experience (preferred)
