Description:
Level 1 - Associate, Entry Level Developing their process and product familiarity with EES customers and systems Engaging with fellow team members and performing repetitive processes with a vested interest in their growth Laying foundation for consistent, reliable, and independent output Typically handles routine, supervised tasks with limited decision making The Warehouse Shipping Agent is responsible for picking, preparing, packing, and processing outbound shipments with accuracy and efficiency. Individuals will adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure the systematic movement of inventory and proper tracking of shipped goods. This role operates within a warehouse environment, including variable temperatures and noise levels.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, pack, and process outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping guidelines Create and manage shipping labels and documentation using warehouse management systems Safely operate warehouse equipment to handle, move, and prepare goods for shipping Inspect outbound goods to ensure compliance with quality and company standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards Perform additional warehouse-related duties as needed All Depot members share responsibility for the ongoing integrity of inventory accuracy and may be asked to assist with tasks regarding inventory. #EES25
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Basic computer proficiency for inventory and tracking systems Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Able to stand for extended periods of time Able to use warehouse equipment such as manual pallet jack Previous warehouse experience (preferred) Previous forklift experience (preferred)
