This is a temporary role based in Delano, PA, paying from $23.00/hour, with an anticipated duration of approximately 6 months based on business. Due to the temporary nature of this position, this role is not eligible for PTO or Benefits.

The Opportunity:

This temporary Shipping & Receiving Clerk plays a key role as our final checkpoint before products ship to customers, ensuring every order meets Dober specifications and all domestic and international regulatory requirements. This role requires prior forklift experience — candidates must be able to safely and confidently operate a forklift as a core part of daily responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:

Communicates with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Manufacturing, Regulatory) to ensure orders ship on time, safely, and in compliance. Picks, labels, and packages all inbound and outbound shipments. Schedules and arranges trucks for daily shipments. Loads and unloads trucks. Confirms packaging meets DOT, IATA, IMDG, FedEx, and UPS requirements before shipments leave the facility. Processes shipments and manages inventory in Dober's ERP system (JDE), including accurate material counts. Reports on warehouse metrics such as on-time shipments, inventory accuracy, and safety. Lives the "Pride in Place" motto, helping keep the warehouse safe, clean, and efficient. Obtains freight quotes from carriers. Handles materials, including packaging shipments and pulling samples of inbound material. Required Qualifications / Experience Forklift experience required— must be able to safely operate a forklift.2-3+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail. Situational awareness. Strong computer skills.

Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong communication skills. Experience with JD Edwards (ERP system).

Additional Experience Preferred:

Hazardous material training such as 49 CFR, IATA, and IMDG. Knowledge of international shipping. Experience in a manufacturing environment.

From $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
