Shipping and Receiving Associate Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Associate to efficiently manage the loading and unloading of trucks. The role requires sorting through inventory and picking and packaging items. Responsibilities Load and unload trucks efficiently. Sort and prepare inventory for shipping. Pick and package items accurately. Pull and check orders to ensure accuracy. Lift and handle boxes weighing up to 50lbs. Essential Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Capability to lift 50lbs consistently throughout the day. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in general labor tasks such as loading and unloading. Work Environment Our distribution center efficiently handles products from Urban Outfitters and TJX. The second shift operates from 5pm to 3:30am on Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with days off on Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairless Hills, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
