Overview Star Label Products has been printing custom pressure-sensitive labels in Bucks County for over 50 years. This is a hands-on packing job first. You'll spend most of your day packing and labeling finished label rolls, plus staging skids, running UPS and FedEx, receiving material, and making occasional local deliveries in our cargo van. No CDL required. You'll work in a clean, air-conditioned facility on a small team, most of whom have been here a long time. No night shift. What You'll Do Pack and label finished rolls into cartons or onto pallets per job specs — verifying counts, part numbers, and job accuracy against job tickets, and flagging discrepancies to production before anything ships Build and label shipments for UPS and FedEx Stage and load outbound skids for LTL Receive and put away inbound raw materials Keep the shipping area and inventory locations organized Deliver finished orders to local customers and pick up materials from local vendors in our cargo van (typically within an hour of the shop) What You Need Attention to detail — you can follow written instructions, hit exact counts, handle customer-specific shipping requirements, and do the basic math the job requires Ability to lift up to 65 lbs, operate a manual pallet jack, and stay on your feet through an 8-hour shift Basic computer skills for shipping and labeling software Dependable attendance — the team counts on you being here Availability for occasional Saturday overtime during busy periods (paid at time-and-a-half) Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (must meet our commercial auto insurance requirements) Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Nice to Have (we'll train the right person) Experience with UPS WorldShip or NiceLabel Forklift certification Prior manufacturing or print-shop shipping experience Leaving benefits behind?
