This is a hands-on job for someone who leads by doing. You will be the person the team looks to when an order is wrong, a carrier pickup is late, or a rush shipment needs to go out. You will also be the person the Shipping Manager relies on to keep the floor running when they are not there. Key Responsibilities Print and process shipping labels through company systems (ShipStation, Shopify, UPS). Coordinate daily carrier pickups and confirm all outgoing orders ship on time. Prior experience leading, training, or directing the work of others, whether as a supervisor, lead, or senior associate who trained new hires. Proficiency with shipping software and label printers (ShipStation, Shopify, UPS). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Clear, direct communicator who can give instruction and feedback to peers respectfully and hold a standard. Sound judgment and the willingness to make decisions and own the outcome.
