Fulfillment Associate Position Overview Saint Rocco's Treats is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to pack and ship orders of our gourmet dog treats. This is a physical, hands-on position that connects our products to the people and partners who love them. Every day, Fulfillment Associates pack orders headed to dog parents' homes, partner pet stores, grocery stores, dog trainers, our local events network, and more. The right candidate will enjoy physical work, move quickly without cutting corners, and take pride in making sure every order arrives complete, correct, and in great condition. Primary Responsibilities Order Picking and Verification Review daily orders and pick lists to understand what needs to ship and when. Locate and pull the correct products, flavors, sizes, and quantities for each order. Check every order against its pick list or packing slip before it is packed. Inspect products for damage, packaging defects, or anything that doesn't meet our quality standards. Packing Pack orders efficiently and securely so treats arrive fresh and undamaged. Choose the right box size, packing materials, and inserts for each order. Pack direct-to-consumer orders so they make a great impression when a dog parent opens the box. Prepare larger wholesale orders for pet stores, grocery stores, and dog trainers, including cases and palletized shipments. Events Network Support Pull and pack product for local events according to event orders and checklists. Stage event orders so they are organized, labeled, and ready on time. Help check in and restock product returned from events. Inventory and Supplies Restock packing stations and pick locations throughout the day. Watch inventory levels of finished products and shipping supplies, and report shortages to your supervisor. Receive and put away incoming finished goods from the production team and deliveries of packing supplies. Keep stored products organized, labeled, and easy to find. Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and product-handling procedures. Cleaning and General Warehouse Support Break down cardboard and remove plastic, paper, and other waste throughout the shift. Keep packing stations, shelves, floors, and work areas clean, safe, and organized. Safely use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks. Assist the production team and other departments when needed. Follow all company safety procedures and immediately report unsafe conditions. Complete additional fulfillment and warehouse responsibilities as assigned. Suggest ideas that make packing faster, more accurate, or less wasteful. Physical Requirements This position requires significant physical activity throughout the entire shift.

Candidates must be able to:

Regularly lift, carry, and move packages weighing 5 to 50 pounds for 8 or more hours a day. Repeatedly lift, lower, carry, push, pull, and reposition packages and cases throughout the day. Stand and walk for 8 or more hours per shift in a warehouse environment. Bend, reach, twist, squat, and kneel while picking, packing, and stacking. Push and pull loaded carts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Work at a steady pace while staying accurate and paying attention to detail. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position. Qualifications Enjoys physical, hands-on work and is comfortable doing repetitive tasks. Dependable and able to consistently arrive on time for a 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. shift. Experience with ShipStation is a strong plus. Candidates without it must be comfortable learning and using it daily. Comfortable using basic computer systems and scanners, or willing to learn. Able to read and follow orders, pick lists, packing slips, and labels accurately. Strong attention to detail and pride in getting every order right. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety. Able to work independently while also supporting a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Able to communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers. Previous experience in fulfillment, shipping, warehousing, retail stockroom, or e-commerce is helpful but not required.
