Job Description

Job Summary The Receiving Operations Assistant is responsible for managing incoming shipments, ensuring high-quality standards for all perishable and non-perishable goods, and fulfilling daily internal supply requisitions across various club departments. Duties Receive all shipments, scrutinize all fresh produce, meat, seafood, dairy, grocery, paper, chemical and equipment items for quality, freshness, proper dates and delivery efficacy Communicate any shorts or questionable product to the Director and or Lead Fill daily requisitions for the Kitchen, BistroTwenty20, Banquets, Courtside Café, Indoor Tennis, Men's Locker Room and any other requisitions needed for the Club Deliver food items, paper, chemical, equipment and any FOH needs to BistroTwenty20 and other areas of the Club Responsible for sanitation, cleanliness and organization off all receiving areas and walk in coolers Requirements 3-5 years in a food service and/or supply chain environment with basic product and flow of service knowledge or AOS in Culinary Arts Basic computation/math and computer skills Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Serve Safe Certified required after 6 months of employment Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time Ability to take direction Must be able to lift up to and over 50 pounds throughout the shift Understanding of how to multitask in a fast paced ever changing environment Ability to work independently Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
