Temp-to-Hire Adecco is currently hiring a Logistics/Shipping Office Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Montgomeryville, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone with shipping, logistics, order processing, or customer service experience who enjoys a fast-paced office environment.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate and process customer and distributor orders through production and shipping Prepare and accurately complete Bills of Lading and shipping documentation Schedule shipments and communicate with carriers regarding pickups and deliveries Enter shipping dates, tracking information, carrier details, and freight costs into the company's ERP system Monitor shipments and follow up on delays or missed carrier pickups Answer questions regarding shipping status, pricing, availability, and delivery Communicate with customers, distributors, carriers, Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and other departments Review orders to ensure all information is accurate and complete before shipment Help resolve shipping, billing, freight, and order-related issues Maintain accurate records and files Assist with process improvement and department projects

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent 6-12 months of shipping, receiving, logistics, order processing, or related experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Basic math and strong attention to detail Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to learn new software and ERP systems Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Apply? $20/hour Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Temp-to-hire opportunity Weekly pay - Benefits available Gain valuable experience in logistics, shipping, and customer service Opportunity to work with a collaborative team Interested? Pay Details:
