Description MetPlas is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping, Processing Clerk & Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and customer service. Responsibilities Pack, prepare, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.

Organize and maintain outgoing shipments.

Prioritize orders using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.

Process shipments using shipping software and related computer systems.

Make local deliveries using a company vehicle as needed.

Load and unload materials safely.

Monitor inventory and assist with cycle counts.

Complete end-of-day shipping procedures.

Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

Operate a forklift safely and follow all company safety procedures. Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred.

Forklift experience required.

Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card (provided by MetPlas if required).

Basic computer skills and experience with shipping software.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday. Benefits Full-time position
