Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will coordinate and execute shipping and receiving operations, ensuring that all outbound and inbound shipments are processed efficiently and accurately. Duties Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments with precision using appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe delivery Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and update inventory management software accordingly Operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload trucks efficiently Maintain accurate data entry of shipping and receiving records within warehouse management systems such as ERP or AS400 Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries while adhering to international trade regulations and trade compliance standards Conduct inventory counts, stock replenishment, and organize warehouse distribution areas for optimal efficiency Assist with order picking & packing for e-commerce orders using order picker devices and ensure timely order fulfillment Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or logistics roles with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes Strong knowledge of inventory management software (such as ERP systems or AS400) and Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, weight measurements, and shipment documentation Experience operating warehouse equipment including forklift certification, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and trade compliance tools Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with internal teams, carriers, and vendors Familiarity with international trade regulations and shipping logistics procedures is a plus Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Shipping Clerk where your energy fuels our supply chain success!
