Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay 401(k) Medical and life insurance Paid time off Paid birthday off Company-provided uniforms Ongoing training and career development Opportunities for advancement and promotion from within Stable, full-time employment with an established dealership Positive, team-oriented work environment Employee appreciation and community involvement What You'll Do Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments Stock inventory accurately and maintain an organized parts department Pull, stage, and prepare parts orders for delivery and customer pickup Assist with inventory control and cycle counts Help load delivery vehicles safely and efficiently Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Work closely with technicians, service advisors, vendors, and customers Follow all dealership safety standards and company procedures Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations What We're Looking For Shipping and receiving, warehouse, inventory, or automotive parts experience preferred Ford or dealership experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate Forklift certification is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance Ability to lift and move automotive parts throughout the workday Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM Join a Team That Invests in You At Shults Ford , we know our people are the key to our success.
