$19 per hour About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage and oversee our order fulfillment department. This is a hands-on management position responsible for coordinating daily fulfillment operations while actively processing wholesale and direct-to-consumer orders. The ideal candidate has previous management or supervisory experience , excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple brands, orders, and priorities simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Department Management Manage and oversee the daily operations of the order fulfillment department. Organize and prioritize workflow to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time. Manage departmental deadlines and multiple priorities. Monitor accuracy, productivity, and fulfillment processes. Help identify and resolve operational issues. Maintain an organized, efficient, and productive fulfillment environment. Provide hands-on support with order processing, packing, inventory, and customer service as needed. Order Processing & Fulfillment Process wholesale and direct-to-consumer (DTC) orders from start to finish. Enter order information accurately into spreadsheets and internal systems. Process and track orders across multiple brands and wholesale platforms. Pull, verify, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Ensure orders are accurate and complete before shipping. Monitor order status and resolve fulfillment discrepancies. Update inventory as orders are processed and shipped. Monitor packing and shipping supplies and request restocking when necessary. Data Entry & Inventory Tracking Maintain accurate order, inventory, and shipment records. Enter and track order data using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet programs . Track orders from multiple brands across several wholesale/e-commerce platforms. Identify discrepancies between orders, inventory, and fulfillment records. Assist with inventory counts, reconciliation, and ongoing inventory management. Brand & Client Communication Communicate directly with brand clients regarding incoming orders and fulfillment. Answer questions and address concerns related to orders, inventory, and shipping. Verify order discrepancies and coordinate solutions with brand partners. Provide timely updates regarding order status and fulfillment issues. Maintain professional and positive relationships with brand clients. Customer Service & Order Support Investigate tracking errors, shipping delays, lost packages, and transit issues. Communicate with shipping carriers to resolve delivery problems. Process customer returns according to company policies. Coordinate reshipments for damaged, missing, or incorrectly fulfilled orders. Respond to customer questions and concerns regarding orders and shipments. Provide professional, timely, and solutions-oriented customer support.

Qualifications Required:

Previous management or supervisory experience . Strong organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with data entry, spreadsheets, and order tracking. Ability to manage multiple brands, orders, and priorities simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and follow-through. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Experience in order fulfillment, e-commerce, wholesale, warehouse operations, or logistics . Experience with wholesale marketplaces or e-commerce platforms. Experience with inventory management systems. Experience with shipping and fulfillment software. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets .
