Seeking experienced shipping/receiving associates for thisFULL TIME
job opportunity located in the Quakertown, PA area. This role supports a large, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility by handling the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials and finished goods. You will operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, maintain precise inventory records, and ensure all products are inspected, properly labeled, and prepared for on-time shipment. Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming raw materials into inventory, verifying that quantities, material types, and documentation are accurate. Label raw materials correctly and move them to the appropriate locations within the plant using forklifts and other material handling equipment. Inspect and box finished goods as they are produced, ensuring they meet quality standards before placing them into finished inventory. Perform off-loom inspection of finished goods and cut rolls into specified lengths according to production or customer requirements. Schedule shipping pick-ups with carriers, including truckers and parcel services, to ensure timely outbound shipments. Prepare finished goods for shipment by packaging, labeling, and staging orders according to shipping instructions and company procedures. Conduct regular visual inspections of the work area to ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment. Communicate promptly and clearly with supervisors regarding any issues with raw materials, finished goods, inventory discrepancies, or shipping instructions. Follow established manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics procedures to support efficient material flow throughout the facility. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support production, shipping, and warehouse operations. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out ofQUAKERTOWN, PA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.83/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
