In this vital role, you will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and support efficient order fulfillment processes. Your proactive approach will help maintain optimal distribution, uphold compliance standards, and deliver exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to ensure orders reach their destinations safely and on time. Duties Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders Prepare outgoing shipments by labeling orders accurately in accordance with shipping logistics requirements Operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining safety standards Coordinate with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries, ensuring compliance with regulation standards Ensure accuracy across warehouse points Support packaging processes for orders, ensuring products are securely packed for shipment and protected during transit Prepare documentation for all inbound and outbound shipments Follow operational procedures to optimize workflow efficiency while adhering to safety protocols Experience Prior experience working in shipping & receiving operations Strong understanding of shipping logistics including Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and calculations related to shipping weights or dimensions Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy Customer service mindset to support internal teams and external carriers effectively while maintaining professionalism in fast-paced environments.
