Job Description
Overview Vacu-Braze is seeking a full time shipping and receiving specialist at our facility. This role is responsible for supporting receiving, shipping, and customer service activities within a fast paced manufacturing environment. This positions responsibilities include coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, handling customer deliveries and pickups, and ensuring the safe movement of customer product throughout the facility. The Shipping and Receiving Specialist works closely with our customer service team and production to coordinate timely receipt of orders and shipping of finished product. Responsibilities Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and pallet jacks Receive, inspect, and document incoming customer product Verify quantities, part numbers, and documentation for incoming orders Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring sufficient packaging and identification Communicate with customers regarding pick ups and deliveries Maintain organized shipping and receiving inventory Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Ability to lift 75 lbs. consistently
