Job Overview A small business located in West Chester PA is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Verify products and quantities before shipping Print shipping lables and shipping documents Assist customers with inquiries by phone and email Assist with receiving inventory and unloading trucks as needed Keep the warehouse and work area clean and organized Perform other general warehouse and order processing duties as needed Qualifications No prior experience required Previous warehouse, picking/packing, shiping, or order fulfillment experience is a plus Basic computer skills Basic math skills and ability to accurately count quantities, and multply in sets Good attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication skills Dependable, punctual and willing to learn Able to stand, bend, reach, and move around for extended periods Able to lift and move packages as required To Apply Please send your resume along with your contact information to apply.
