Job Title:

Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Job Description Responsibilities:

Process and close batch orders

Receive incoming shipments and put material away

Generate documents for out bound shipments

Schedule trucks to pick up out bound shipments

Maintain a working knowledge of all SOPs associated with the process

Maintain an acceptable attendance record

All additional functions as assigned Qualification Profile Must work safely in accordance with site and corporate policies at all times

Follow verbal instructions from management

Accurately and thoroughly complete all documents

Must be able to analyze work and complete work efficiently

Attention to detail and pride in quality of work

Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Must have good computer skills

Must have SAP experience

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for up to 80% of the day

Must be able to work any shift

Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen

  • Previous experience in printing, ink manufacturing, or a related production environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Basic computer and documentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
