Full Job Description Materials Flow Associate Location:
Mount Pleasant, SC A day in this role When you arrive at our Mount Pleasant warehouse, you'll review the loading schedule, stage pallets, and move requested materials between machines, docks, trucks, and storage. You'll build and tape cartons, apply labels, and handle recyclables as you go. Throughout the shift, you'll scan department inventory in and out, repackage items to meet customer requirements, and support apparel processing by folding, tagging, attaching size straps, bagging, and hanging garments. You'll load materials with awareness of equipment capacity and timing to ensure items reach the right place at the right moment. You'll team up with coworkers, communicate clearly, and respond to visual and audible notifications as needed to keep product flowing safely and efficiently. Other duties will be assigned as business needs evolve. What you'll handle Transport materials to/from machines, docks, trucks, and storage locations Manually move cases, boxes, and cartons between points Assemble/tape boxes, label cartons, build pallets, and manage recyclable materials Fold, tag, attach size straps, bag, and hang apparel Repackage to customer specifications and scan department inventory in/out Load equipment according to capacity and schedule for timely delivery of items Perform all other duties as assigned What you bring High School Diploma or GED 6+ months of prior warehouse experience Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs Comfort standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively Basic Warehouse Management System experience (preferred) Track record of working well in a team-centered warehouse environment Ability to understand and respond to visual and audible notifications, unless otherwise stated by the client Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus Benefits and employment Paid Time Off Temp-to-hire opportunity Health Insurance Dental Insurance Competitive pay rates About HTI Since 1999, Human Technologies, Inc.
