Masis is seeking a dependable Shipping Associate located in Duncan SC at a local warehouse facility to support daily outbound shipping operations. This role focuses on accurately packing printed products, preparing shipments, printing labels, and ensuring orders leave on time while meeting company quality standards. This will be a 1st/2nd shift starting at 10:30am-7pm Monday - Friday (OT on Weekends as needed) Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship completed print jobs (business cards, brochures, direct mail, signage, etc.) with a strong focus on accuracy and damage prevention. Verify order details against packing slips/work orders (quantity, specs, shipping method, special instructions). Build cartons/pallets and secure shipments using appropriate materials (void fill, edge protectors, stretch wrap, banding). Print shipping labels and process shipments using shipping software (UPS/FedEx/USPS/LTL) and scanners. Stage orders for carrier pickup and help load trucks as needed. Support receiving : unload deliveries, verify counts, and move materials to proper locations. Maintain a clean and organized shipping area; follow 5S / safety procedures. Communicate exceptions (damaged product, missing items, late jobs, address issues) to leads/supervisors promptly. Participate in cross-training as needed (packing, kitting, basic warehouse support). Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience in shipping/warehouse/fulfillment preferred (open to strong entry-level candidates). Comfort using scanners, computers , and basic shipping systems. Strong attention to detail—ability to follow written instructions and meet deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent standing/walking. Preferred Qualifications Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, ShipStation (or similar). Palletizing and LTL/ freight shipping experience (BOL creation a plus). Forklift and/or pallet jack experience (certification a plus, not required). Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (team lift or equipment for heavier items).
