  • Prepare shipments
  • Prepare finished goods and materials for shipment according to customer and production requirements.
  • Verify parts and quantities
  • Check part numbers, quantities, labels, containers, and shipping documents for accuracy before shipment.
  • Pick and stage materials
  • Pull bulk materials from designated storage locations and stage them in the appropriate shipping area.
  • Load and unload trailers
  • Safely load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment.
  • Complete shipping documentation
  • Prepare bills of lading, packing lists, labels, and other required shipping paperwork.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy
  • Scan and record material movements in the inventory/WMS system and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures, inspect equipment before use, and keep shipping docks and staging areas clean and organized.
This role is an hourly position within our team leader reports to the Material Supervisor.
Required experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous manufacturing experiences a plus.
