To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:- Prepare shipments
- Prepare finished goods and materials for shipment according to customer and production requirements.
- Verify parts and quantities
- Check part numbers, quantities, labels, containers, and shipping documents for accuracy before shipment.
- Pick and stage materials
- Pull bulk materials from designated storage locations and stage them in the appropriate shipping area.
- Load and unload trailers
- Safely load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment.
- Complete shipping documentation
- Prepare bills of lading, packing lists, labels, and other required shipping paperwork.
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Scan and record material movements in the inventory/WMS system and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures, inspect equipment before use, and keep shipping docks and staging areas clean and organized.
Required experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experiences a plus.
