Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of orders, handling inventory, and managing shipping and receiving operations. Your proactive approach will help maintain seamless warehouse distribution, optimize order fulfillment, and uphold safety standards. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using barcode scanning for logistics accuracy. Operate material handling equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and efficiently. Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of heavy items while adhering to safety protocols and PPE use. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems to track stock levels accurately. Conduct quality control checks on packages to ensure order accuracy and proper packaging standards. Assist in stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and maintaining organized warehouse distribution areas. Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments against documentation and updating inventory records. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking & packing, inventory management, and warehouse distribution. Certification or experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and basic math skills for inventory counts. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while following safety protocols. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Prior warehouse supervisor experience is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude towards safety and efficiency is essential.
