Job Description
Name Badges, Inc. is looking for a fast, organized, and extremely detail-oriented Small Parcel Shipping & Data Entry Associate to join our Greenville team. This is a hands-on shipping position focused on small parcel shipping, data entry, and order accuracy . It is not a forklift or heavy warehouse position. Your main responsibility is making sure the correct products are matched to the correct orders and shipped accurately, every single time. Our Greenville and Florida teams work closely together throughout the day, so excellent communication is a must . You will communicate with our Florida team through Slack to locate orders, resolve questions, verify information, and make sure packages are shipped correctly. If you are quick on a computer, communicate clearly, notice small details, and take pride in getting things right, you will do well in this position. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and ship small parcel orders accurately and efficiently Match completed products to the correct customer orders Verify names, quantities, addresses, shipping methods, and order details Enter and verify information accurately in our shipping and order systems Generate shipping labels and process outbound packages Communicate with our Florida production team throughout the day using Slack Locate orders and resolve missing or unclear information before shipping Monitor shipping queues and keep orders moving Identify discrepancies before an incorrect order leaves our facility Keep shipping supplies and work areas clean, neat, and organized Assist with other order fulfillment tasks as needed What We're Looking For Excellent attention to detail Strong and accurate data entry skills Comfortable working on a computer throughout the day Excellent written communication skills Comfortable communicating through Slack throughout the workday Able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy Strong organizational skills Able to manage multiple orders and priorities at once Dependable and able to work independently Willing to ask questions when something does not look right rather than guessing Experience Previous experience in shipping, fulfillment, e-commerce, order processing, or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred . Experience with any of the following is a plus: ShipStation FedEx shipping systems UPS shipping systems E-commerce order fulfillment Small parcel shipping High-volume data entry Slack or similar team communication platforms Position Details Full-time Monday-Friday Day shift $13.00-$15.00 per hour 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 8:30 AM-5:30 PM On-site position Greenville, South Carolina Immediate opening How to Apply We are currently scheduling in-person interviews between August 25 and September 4 .
