Job Overview Port City Bonded Warehouse Company, Inc. is hiring a Fulfillment Associate to help manage the daily movement and preparation of goods within our warehouse. This role involves handling customer orders, organizing inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting the warehouse team with day-to-day operations. This is an entry-level opportunity, and previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is not required. Training will be provided to help you learn our procedures and become familiar with the workflow. Responsibilities Receive, sort, and organize incoming merchandise Locate products and materials needed to complete customer orders Pick items accurately based on order information Check quantities and product details before orders are packed Pack and prepare completed orders for shipment Label packages and verify shipping information Move finished orders to designated shipping or staging areas Assist with loading and unloading products when needed Help maintain organized inventory and storage locations Participate in routine inventory counts and stock checks Report damaged, missing, or misplaced items Keep warehouse areas clean and free of unnecessary clutter Assist with receiving documentation and basic warehouse records Follow proper product-handling and safety procedures Support other warehouse and fulfillment activities as assigned Qualifications No previous warehouse or fulfillment experience required High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Good attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new procedures Basic computer skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during the workday Ability to safely handle packages and warehouse materials If you are dependable, organized, and ready to build practical experience in warehouse and fulfillment operations, we encourage you to apply for the Fulfillment Associate position at Port City Bonded Warehouse Company, Inc.
