Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee the efficient processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all warehouse distribution activities. Your expertise will help maintain seamless warehouse operations, support inventory management, and uphold trade compliance standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to an environment where precision and customer service excellence are paramount. Duties Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately for delivery or transfer Operate pallet jacks safely to load and unload trucks and organize stock within the warehouse (as needed) Maintain detailed records of all shipping and receiving transactions using Google Drive Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve shipping issues promptly and provide updates on order status Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or logistics roles with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and push, pull, move up to 500 lbs using tools provided. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems through Google Drive and data entry tools like Microsoft Office Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order quantities, weights, measurements, and documentation purposes Knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment procedures, packaging standards, and stocking techniques Ability to work in all climates. Warehouse is not climate controlled.
