We are looking for a person who is good at multi-tasking and standing on your feet most of the day. This person needs to be able to work in a fast pace environment. We need a reliable person that can show up to work every day. We are a family-owned company that values their employees and because we are a smaller company, it is very important to us that the person be here every day. After 90-day introductory period you will receive benefits which include a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) benefit that can be used for health and dental insurance. You will also receive vacaction and sick PTO hours. The hours are 7:00-4:00 Monday through Thursday, and 7:00-1:00 on Friday. LaPorte Products, Inc. manufactures and ships boat covers, boat shades, storage bags, sandbags, webbing straps, umbrellas and more. We work with vendors such as UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, and USPS. Duties Packaging and weighing items, Invoicing, Applying Payments, Printing shipping labels and postage, Keeping accurate records Assist our Support Department when necessary. LaPorte Products, Inc. manufactures and ships boat covers, boat shades, storage bags, sandbags, webbing straps, umbrellas and more. Maintain and work with vendors such as UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, and USPS. Qualifications 1 or more years of experience is preferred but not required. Dependable for being on time and ready to work with excellent record of attendance Applicant must be highly motivated Able to work in a team environment Accountable for their own actions Willing to be trained and receive instructions Self-directed when warranted Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Capable of working a consistent schedule starting at 7 a.m. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
