Job Description

1st shift Opening for Shipping Receiving Clerk Pay 19-21.00 Monday - Friday Shipping & Receiving Receive and inspect incoming shipments using our ERP system (SOS) Match and approve invoices against purchase orders Create FedEx shipping labels and schedule pickups Coordinate shipments with the Sales and Marketing teams Prepare trade show materials and return shipping labels Pull products and materials from inventory Maintain accurate shipping logs and inventory records Update sales orders and shipping information in our CRM (vTiger) Occasionally deliver shipments to FedEx using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided) Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries Provide basic troubleshooting assistance Create and manage customer service cases within our CRM Generate return shipping labels and process product returns Communicate updates and resolutions to customers Coordinate shipments back to the factory when needed Assist the production team with final quality checks, packaging, and boxing during busy period Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or customer service Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable using computer systems, CRM software, and shipping platforms Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help where needed Forklift experience and certification preferred Apply Today
