Powersports Parts Receiving Associate We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Powersports Parts Receiving Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and processing incoming powersports parts and products while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities:

Receive and unload incoming shipments of powersports parts. Verify quantities, part numbers, and items against purchase orders and packing slips. Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, or incorrect items and report discrepancies. Enter received merchandise accurately into the inventory system. Label, organize, and stock parts in their designated warehouse locations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving and warehouse area. Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed. Communicate with parts, service, sales, and purchasing departments regarding incoming merchandise. Follow company procedures for handling returns, damaged merchandise, and special orders. Perform other warehouse and parts-related duties as assigned. Must have a valid driver's license with a reasonably clean driving record

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory software. Ability to lift, move, and organize boxes and parts. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous warehouse, receiving, automotive, motorcycle, ATV, or powersports experience is preferred but not required. Experience driving a forklift is preferred but not required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, hardworking, and takes pride in keeping inventory accurate and the warehouse running efficiently. A willingness to learn about powersports products and parts is highly valued.
