Kate Hewko is a women's fashion e-commerce brand looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Shipping Associate to join our Nashville warehouse team. You'll be responsible for our day-to-day order fulfillment and shipping, making sure customer orders go out accurately, on time, and packaged with care. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and ship approximately 70-100+ customer orders per day Make sure every order is accurate before it leaves the warehouse Handle and package garments with care and attention to presentation Process customer returns and exchanges Keep shipping stations and fulfillment areas clean and organized Work closely with our Warehouse Manager on daily shipping priorities Stay on top of order volume and make sure orders are fulfilled within our processing timelines Help manage higher-volume shipping days, including promotions, and pre-order shipments What We're Looking For Someone looking for consistent, long-term full-time work Reliable, organized, and able to take ownership of day-to-day shipping Detail-oriented while still able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using basic computer systems; experience with Shopify, shipping/label software, or similar e-commerce systems is a plus Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment, a retail stockroom, boutique, small 3PL, or another apparel/garment-handling environment is a plus Comfortable being on your feet throughout the day Able to work independently while also being part of a small team Takes pride in getting orders out accurately and on time Big-box warehouse experience is not required . We care more about finding someone dependable, efficient, and detail-oriented who understands that every package represents a customer waiting for their order.

Schedule & Pay Full-time:
