The Material Movement Associate is responsible for pre-weighing materials for the Scepter Casthouse and ensuring accurate and efficient handling of all assigned materials. This role requires basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret job-related paperwork. Key responsibilities include identifying and reporting any issues with materials to the on-shift Material Scheduler or Melt Coordinator, maintaining a clean and organized work area after materials have been fully pre-weighed and used, and assisting with additional tasks as needed. At times, this position may support Shipping or help with loading tasks for the Casthouse, so flexibility is essential. Forklift experience, and Front End loader experience is a must.
