As an ADC Attendant, you will be the backbone of our warehouse flow, utilizing your skills in warehouse systems, customer service, and logistics to keep operations running seamlessly. Duties Manage inbound and outbound shipments by accurately processing shipping & receiving documentation using warehouse management systems and ERP software. Operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, stock, and organize inventory efficiently. Perform order picking & packing tasks with precision using order pickers and inventory management software to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory management systems such as AS400 or MRP platforms. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock, packaging products securely, and preparing shipments for delivery while adhering to trade compliance and international trade regulations. Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse operations. Provide excellent customer service by assisting internal teams with logistics inquiries, tracking shipments, and resolving shipping & receiving issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in inventory management software and ERP systems like AS400 or MRP. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and order pickers safely. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, stock management, and order processing. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipment quantities accurately. Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and order fulfillment processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
