Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Order Fulfillment Associate and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth warehouse distribution processes, support inventory management, and uphold safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, heavy equipment operation, and logistics procedures—all while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Accurately select items using barcode scanning for logistics and order fulfillment purposes Operate material handling equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and efficiently Pack products securely following quality control standards to prevent damage during transit Load and unload shipments using appropriate heavy equipment while adhering to safety protocols Manage inventory by stocking shelves, replenishing supplies, and conducting regular stock checks with RF scanners Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse workspace to promote safety and efficiency Follow shipping & receiving procedures to ensure timely dispatch of orders and proper documentation of all transactions Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred Certification or experience with forklift operation, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and heavy equipment handling Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems (IMS) including barcode scanning technology Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while following safety guidelines and PPE use Strong attention to detail for order picking, packing, quality control, and inventory accuracy Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Knowledge of safety protocols related to warehouse operations and material handling equipment operation Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment Embark on a rewarding career where your energy makes a difference!
