Job Description
Full job description : Responsible for checking paperwork of drivers delivering or picking up product; checking purchase orders; verifying accuracy of pipe being shipped out. Responsible for calculating the weight of trucks and footage of pipe, so trucks can be loaded properly. Duties and Responsibilities Sign trucks in/out and check driver's paperwork and inventory Calculate and determine size and grade of product Verify orders and loads shipped out and/or received for accuracy Generate, scan and send daily receiving and shipping reports Review and verify production reports Customer contact via email and phone Qualifications and Experience Experience in Shipping/Receiving in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook and Quickbooks Proficient data entry skills; 10key w/accuracy and good basic math skills Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented, organized with ability to multitask Read, write, and speak English, bilingual (English/Spanish) is a requirement
