Job Title:

Inspection / Shipping & Receiving Job Description Performs a variety of standard inspection, shipping, and receiving tasks including but not limited to incoming material receiving, inventory control, inspection of finished goods, pulling stock, deburring material, crating, palletizing, shipping, and maintaining required quality and inventory records. Full competency (unrestricted) in this role requires demonstrated proficiency and sign-off in Inspection, Shipping & Receiving, and Deburring functions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to comprehend and apply reasoning skills Ability to read, review, and understand travelers, purchase orders, and specifications Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of company processes and procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations, read calipers, tape measure and fractions. Responsibilities and Accountability Inspection & Quality Control Inspect and measure incoming material and finished goods using calibrated measuring instruments to verify conformance with specifications Prepare and maintain inspection and quality documentation Verify product marking and traceability Control non-conforming products per company procedures Shipping & Receiving Receive material and verify markings, dimensions, and weight Enter material into inventory systems and move to staging areas Prepare shipping documentation and outbound shipments Package, crate, palletize, and prepare material for shipment Communication & Compliance Communicate with supervisors and plant personnel for quality and customer needs Comply with
