Responsibilities Verify, inspect, and process all inbound shipments using warehouse management systems and RFID scanners Accurately perform data entry related to receiving logs, inventory updates, and shipment documentation Coordinate with warehouse staff to load and unload trucks safely using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Ensure proper stocking, packaging, and order picking procedures are followed to meet quality standards Maintain compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance protocols during shipment processing Utilize ERP systems like AS400 or MRP software for order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping logistics Communicate effectively in both languages to assist suppliers, carriers, and internal teams with shipping & receiving inquiries Experience Previous warehouse experience with a focus on shipping logistics, order fulfillment, or inventory management software Familiarity with warehouse operations including stock control, packing, picking & packing, and load & unload tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes Hands-on experience operating warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification preferred) Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance standards is a plus Strong basic math skills for inventory counts and shipment calculations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in both English and another language fluently Join us as a Bilingual Receiving Clerk to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to operational excellence!
