Competitive salary Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Administrator to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of our facility. This position requires a strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes, as well as the ability to operate various warehouse equipment. Responsibilities Track inventory daily in warehouse to ensure model stocks maintained Order and track product to ensure model stocks maintained Manage e-commerce for company. Pull order

• Log shipping data
• ensure team available for shipment delivery Manage accessory kits
• pick, pack, stock
• add into inventory Conduct weekly and monthly inventory counts to ensure accurate financial reporting of physical inventory Schedule shipments for timely delivery of product to other markets Support the preparation of pallets for shipment Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all packages are accounted for.

Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload products safely. Prepare shipping documents and labels for outgoing shipments. Maintain an organized warehouse environment by keeping work areas clean and orderly. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency in shipping and receiving operations. Perform quality checks on incoming goods to ensure they meet company standards. Assist with inventory management, including picking, packing, and restocking items as needed. Experience Previous experience in a shipping and receiving role is required. Familiarity with warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and inventory management. Proficiency in using warehouse equipment such as forklifts, and pallet jacks, is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Excel and updating spreadsheets.
