Execute standard procedures and assist logistics team to fulfill tasks on time, every time. Provide ideas on how to improve processes in a strong continuous improvement environment. • + Overseeing department functions under the supervisor + Training/coaching employees in the department + Training/coaching employees in the department + Transporting material in the shipping department + Picking and packing orders utilizing an RF scanner + Operating stand-up reach forklift + Ensure zero product delinquency + Focus on continuous improvement + Execute standard procedures + Scheduling workflow •

YOU MUST HAVE

• + 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving + 2+ years of experience operating a forklift + 1+ years in a lead role + Basic computer skills
