We are a growing business located in Frisco that primarily makes high-end wood cutting boards. We are currently looking for a shipping assistant to help 20-30 hours per week. Can be full time if also willing to learn some manufacturing skills on the shop floor.

Tasks for shipping include:

preparing and boxing orders for shipping, packaging and labeling care items, and some other office-orientated tasks. No experience is required. Affinity/previous experience is a plus in shipping, retail, office work, and/or woodworking. Wages start at $16 an hour. Raise considered after first 90 days.

• be able to work independently once you have the skills We are looking for someone to work around 20-30 hours a week, but could be full time if preferred. Our shop is open from 7 am
• 5 pm Monday to Friday. We typically ship orders from 8 am
• 12 pm so morning availability is mandatory.

All day Tuesdays and Thursdays is also strongly preferred. The holiday season is our busiest time of year so additional availability during November and December is a huge plus. Some Saturdays in November/December will be strongly desired. Dependability is important; do not apply if you have issues with coming to work regularly. The cutting boards are heavy. If you aren't comfortable being on your feet for long periods of time and can't lift 15-25 pounds regularly, this is not the right fit for you. We pride ourselves on making the best end-grain wooden cutting boards money can buy.
