Job Description

Essential job functions: Use of E2 operating system primarily for shipping, but not limited to overall general knowledge of the system. Use of UPS, FedEx, or DHL shipping software. Responsible for managing all outbound shipments, including preparation of paper work in relation to the order, packaging of product to be shipped safely, and shipping the order according to the customer's specifications. Operating knowledge of using proper shipping equipment to facilitate the customer's order. Performs general housekeeping, maintenance, and organization of shipping area so it is maintained, clean, accessible, and safe. Operating knowledge of powerlift and/or forklift.
Competency:
Organizational Skills. Initiative. Thoroughness and follow through on order fulfillment. Time management. Ability to communicate with team members to solve problems. Flexibility, dependability, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as with other team members. Must possess basic math skills to include but not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing for the purposes of maintaining proper inventory, counts, and to maximize shipping performance.
Physical requirements:
Ability to frequently lift, and or move up to 50lbs. Ability to occasionally team lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 150 pounds. Ability to sit, stand, or walk for at least 10 hours a day.
Standing / Walking
/ Bending / Kneeling 95%+ Of Time During Shift. Repetitive use of hand(s) Keyboard Use Mouse Use. Exposure to excessive noise.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required. Must be a U.S. citizen. Math skills Excellent decision-making skills Excellent communication skills with everyone involved in the process (managers, operators and leads)
