Works in receiving to check shipments that are primarily production materials or company supplies, or checks outgoing shipments of finished products.
Royal Key Supply is a fast-growing B2B e-commerce distributor serving the automotive locksmith industry. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our fulfillment team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, verifying, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment or local pickup. Our warehouse handles a high volume of small automotive products, making speed, organization, and accuracy equally important.
Key responsibilities include:
Pick customer orders accurately using assigned warehouse bin locations. Scan and verify products to ensure the correct items and quantities are included in each order. Pack orders securely and efficiently according to company standards. Prepare completed orders for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and local pickup. Maintain a high level of order accuracy while working in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. Replenish picking locations and help maintain organized product bins and shelving. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and bin audits as needed. Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or incorrect bin locations. Assist with receiving put-away and other warehouse functions when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to ensure daily orders are completed on time.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills, and experience: High School Diploma / GED (REQUIRED) Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, inventory, or order-picking experience ( PREFERRED ) Comfortable with basic counting and inventory cycle counts Comfortable using RF barcode scanners, computers, and warehouse technology Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Must be able to lift 40lbs as needed.
