Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:00

PM Pay:

$16-$18 per hour We are looking for a Receiving Lead to oversee daily warehouse receiving operations and support a fast-paced team. This role is responsible for ensuring shipments are received accurately, inventory is recorded correctly, and the receiving area stays organized and safe. Bilingual candidates are preferred. Lead and support the receiving team. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments. Match shipments to purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery documents. Report damaged, short, or over-received items. Enter receipts into the inventory system. Coordinate with purchasing, inventory, shipping, and vendors to resolve issues. Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and safe. Operate pallet jacks or forklifts when certified. Qualifications Bilingual preferred. Leadership and communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Warehouse or receiving experience preferred. Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of inventory systems a plus.
