POSITION INFO
This position performs all processes and activities that support receiving, stocking, replenishment, order processing, shipping, and inventory control teams. Using computer for UPS & FedEx., Repack product, labeling and/or stamping of international orders while keeping work area clean and safe.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Locating and selecting materials Manually stacking product on pallets Soft-wrapping pallets to transport to staging areas. Inspecting, counting, and verifying incoming and outgoing shipments Stocking and receiving materials. Manually lifting cartons weighing up to 70lbs Daily use of powered industrial vehicles (PIVs) Daily use of radio frequency (RF) scanners Coordination with Distribution Managers, Warehouse Administrators, Warehouse Leads or other designated persons to receive work order assignments. Ensures safety and compliance procedural policies. Standing for extended periods of time Daily use of oral and written communication Daily tasks may include a combination or 100% concentration of these duties. Other duties may be assigned depending on business operational needs.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in a distribution center or manufacturing operation preferred. Prior forklift experience preferred. SAP experience preferred.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED certification required.

Collaboration & Teamwork Problem Solving Abilities Customer Service Skills Understanding of the supply chain Effective Communication, both written & verbal Organization & Time Management skills Ability to work in fast-paced environment. Ability to learn software and other technology.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS
Standing for extended periods of time on a concrete surface May be positioned at heights up to 6ft. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Ability to visually identify work instructions. Exposure to dust, vibration/motion while operating PIV equipment, blinking/flashing safety lights Use of both hands to operate PIV equipment. Internal applicants must meet the following criteria: 1) If the posted position is an hourly or salary level 1, the associate must be in their current position for 18 (eighteen) months; 2) if the position is salary level 2 to salary level 5, the associate must be in their current position for 24 (twenty-four) months; and 3) if the position is a salary level 6 or above, the associate must be in their current position for 30 (thirty) months. Internal applicants are limited to advancing no more than two salary levels.
