Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will oversee the accurate and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring that all products are stored, packed, and dispatched with precision. Your expertise will help maintain seamless warehouse operations. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments Maintain organized stock levels through proper stocking techniques and regular inventory checks in accordance with warehouse distribution standards Utilize warehouse management systems such as AS400 or MRP software to track inventory movements and update stock records Assist with Inventory control Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and inventory management Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar ERP platforms such as MRP systems Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Must have basic computer skills
