Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Shipping Clerk to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing outgoing shipments, verifying product orders, and ensuring all goods are packed, labeled, and shipped accurately and on time. Additionally, you will serve as a friendly face for our business, greeting and assisting walk-in customers who visit the warehouse for item pickups and inquiries. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment that involves physical activity and possesses strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Walk-Ins:

Greet and assist walk-in customers picking up orders or needing assistance with items, providing friendly, professional, and efficient service.

Prepare Shipments:

Accurately pull items, pack products securely, and prepare packages for domestic and/or international shipping.

Documentation & Labeling:

Generate shipping labels, bill of lading (BOL), and maintain accurate tracking records using shipping software and internal systems.

Quality Control:

Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy, damages, or discrepancies against customer orders.

Carrier Coordination:

Schedule pickups with freight carriers and courier services (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL freight).

Inventory & Supplies:

Monitor shipping supplies (boxes, tape, labels, wrap) and report shortages to management.

Warehouse Maintenance:

Keep the packing, shipping, and customer-facing areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements Customer-Facing Experience:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to provide positive, helpful customer service in person.

Experience:

Previous experience as a shipping clerk, warehouse worker, or customer service role is preferred.

Physical Stamina:

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that can experience temperature fluctuations and requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.

Schedule Availability:

Must be reliable and available to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM .

Tech Skills:
