Full-time Job Description Lone Star Staffing is hiring energetic and detail-oriented Stage Wrappers to join our warehouse and logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for securing, shrink-wrapping, labeling, and staging prepared pallets to ensure all outbound shipments are safe and ready for transport.

Responsibilities:

Safely wrap completed pallets using manual or automated shrink-wrap machines Verify pallet contents against order tickets to ensure order accuracy before wrapping Label, tag, and stage wrapped pallets in designated shipping bays Inspect pallets for stability and weight distribution to prevent damage during transit Assist with basic warehouse cleanup and keep staging areas organized and hazard-free Adhere to all safety guidelines and warehouse policies

Shift:

Overnight hours (Weekend availability may be required)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in warehouse staging, wrapping, or shipping/receiving is a plus Ability to bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand or walk for long periods Strong attention to detail and ability to keep up with fast-paced production lines Reliable transportation and excellent attendance history
